I have recently had some troubles with my 2012 Silverado and brought it to you for service. The repairs were done well and in a timely fashion. Upon paying my bill, a young gentleman whose name I believe is "Nick," gave me a discount because I am a Veteran. I never mentioned that I was a Veteran. The topic never came up. I will say - As far as the dealership itself; I don't agree with labor fee's of the transfer of my running boards and tunoe cover to my new pick up when I just bought a brand new pick up from you - you would think you could comp that for even a better experience.

Jonathan Groetsch was great to work with. He went the extra mile to assist us and made sure we got everything we needed. We never felt like we were taking to much time with him. He actually offered to come in on his day off since we couldn't make it on the day he was there. He spent the time assisting us with setting up all our car features. After our purchase, he called to check if we had any issues or questions. I would recommend Jonathan 100%. The paperwork and financial went very smoothly. He took the time to explain everything to us.

Nate Anderson was an amazing person to work with. He was flexible to my schedule, could answer all my questions, and made anything that we were unsure about more clear.

We conducted everything over the phone and online, with our vehicle delivered right to our home and our trade-in picked up at the same time. Overall, the experience was a good one—staff communicated by text or phone calls, and we did the same whenever we had questions. The process was easy and convenient. We had previously purchased another vehicle with them a couple of years ago in person, and that experience was great as well. Both times, the staff was helpful and made the process smooth from start to finish.

I made my appointment online, which was simple to do. On my appointment date my car was taken right back for the oil change and was finished in less than 30 minutes. They even vacuumed my floors, which was sorely needed. I used a coupon they had sent me by email and it took off $20.00. I was thrilled with the employees and the service.

Jonathon was great. The on star representative was hard to understand and so it took a long time to set up. I don’t get quick responses from the My Chevrolet app and have found it impossible to sign up for My Rewards!

I was very impressed with the inventory of vehicles to choose from. Although I had a pretty good idea of the make of vehicle your salesmen continued to show and explain the features of others you had on the lot. Hunter was our ultimate salesman and he could look at us making eye contact and spill the information including the pros and cons of the question.... And if he wasn't sure he would refer to computer. We liked the other available products for the vehicle (mats, Cilajet, etc.)

Not a good customer experience. There was an error with the parts charge on my bill, no one in Parts to fix it and I was told by the service desk that even though it's not their job; they will fix it for me. The whole situation should have been handled differently being the error wasn't my fault.

Great service

Brought 2018 Bolt EV in for MIL//no Aircon, tech diagnosed damaged wire harness at the refrigeration charge pressure switch (rodent damage). Service writer advised that repair would be 2hrs so I waited while the tech spliced in a new connector. The vehicle also had a tire pressure warning for FrR/H tire at 30psi. Tech serviced the one low tire up to 38psi but did not fill the other three tires which were at 31psi. For the $159/hr service rate, I would have expected all 4 tires to have been filled to 38psi. Somewhat disappointing experience.

My only negative experience was driving off the lot with a brand new $70k truck that had a blood stain on the carpet, because whoever took the window sticker off left a razor blade on the truck bed I cut my finger on! A simple oversight I’m sure.

2025 Traverse that was bought new. Had the brake master cylinder replaced and was called to pickup the vehicle. About a minute after starting it today got another alert - orange triangle stating “service brake assist”, and then the yellow circle with ABS in the center came on. Went back to the Service counter and was given the loaner back. I nearly 2 hours away so fairly upset that I wasted 4 hours today when the vehicle wasn’t fixed.
